Important rules for add-on credits

Requires an active Basic or higher subscription (not available on Free).
Consumption order is subscription credits → add-on credits, to avoid the monthly expiry.
The monthly 1-month rollover cap does not apply to add-on credits — they stay intact.
They don't expire while your subscription is active. They expire 12 months after cancellation.
Larger packs have a lower cost per 100 CR (Small ¥600 → XL ¥400).
Refunds are not offered.
