Important rules for add-on credits

  • Requires an active Basic or higher subscription (not available on Free).
  • Consumption order is subscription credits → add-on credits, to avoid the monthly expiry.
  • The monthly 1-month rollover cap does not apply to add-on credits — they stay intact.
  • They don't expire while your subscription is active. They expire 12 months after cancellation.
  • Larger packs have a lower cost per 100 CR (Small ¥600 → XL ¥400).
  • Refunds are not offered.
